schoolonderwijs voor ‘kwetsbare’ meisjes en jongens in Sikkim te bevorderen, is de actie van She Y\u00fcn<\/em> specifiek in lijn met de ‘Rechten op Voorzieningen<\/em>\u2019 van het VNVRK (Verdrag inzake de Rechten van het Kind, in 1989 door India ondertekend). De Rechten op Voorzieningen<\/em> bestaan uit het garanderen van de toegang van kinderen tot verschillende diensten en faciliteiten, waaronder ‘schoolgerelateerde’-diensten.<\/p>\n De Rechten op Participatie<\/em> van het VNVRK geven de kinderen de kans om hun stem te laten horen.
