She Yün asbl is a non-profit organization. It complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable in the European Union since May 25, 2018. We exercise extreme caution regarding your personal data. Some of your personal data (name, National Registration Number, address, email address, landline or mobile phone number) were collected during your registration for an event or when making a donation. This information is treated strictly confidentially in our database and will never be disclosed or transmitted to third parties. Your data will only be used for the service you requested, to receive our newsletters, or a tax receipt for your donations. Your data is in good hands. You can always request the deletion of this data by writing to us or sending an email.

General Conditions

These general conditions apply to all transactions made online with She Yün asbl. Please read them carefully before placing an order or making a donation. All agreements are subject to Belgian law and will be interpreted in accordance with it. Furthermore, all disputes will be exclusively handled by a Belgian court. None of these general conditions are considered to infringe on your legal rights. By using this website, you accept these general conditions. All transactions with our asbl SHE YUN are subject to these general conditions. By “asbl”, “we”, or “our”, it always refers to our asbl mentioned above (She Yün asbl). By “client”, it always refers to the person who buys or makes a donation. Each reference to the website implies a reference to all URLs owned by our asbl mentioned above (She Yün asbl). Placing an order or making a donation on the website implies the express acceptance of our general conditions, which are always accessible via the website.

Orders

To purchase a product, you must first add the desired product to your cart. Once you have added the desired products to your cart, you can enter your contact and billing information. Then, you must provide the payment information for the product. Once this information is received, you will receive a summary page. When you accept it, your purchase becomes final. The purchase agreement can be concluded in the language of the website through which you are shopping. We accept orders via online transactions (secure server). Please read the “Payment” section for more information. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and approval by the card issuer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Bancontact/Mister Cash, KBC Online/CBC Online, ING Homepay, Belfius Direct Net, giropay, iDEAL, and PayPal. If the card issuer refuses to approve your payment, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder are neither accepted nor processed. Note: Minors (under 18) cannot make purchases without the consent of their parents or guardian.

Cancellation Procedure

All payments must reach us no later than 5 working days before the activity. When the final payment date is exceeded, the reservation is canceled, and a reservation cancellation email for non-payment is sent. The cancellation must be confirmed in writing (preferably by email). Full refund of the amount paid for any cancellation up to 3 days before the start of the activity, with a deduction of €20 for administrative fees. The person who cancels the day before or on the day of the activity will not be refunded, except in cases of illness or force majeure, for which a certificate must be provided. The refund will then be made, with a deduction of €20. Absence or early departure will not be refunded.

Prices

During the period mentioned in our offer, prices do not change, except for price changes due to VAT rate changes. Our prices include all taxes, VAT, and services. You will never have any surprises. However, we may decide to charge shipping costs in addition to the purchase price. In this case, we will always notify you before you place your final order.

Payment

We can only accept payments made through the payment modules provided on our website. To ensure secure online payment and the security of your personal data, transaction data is sent encrypted using SSL technology. You do not need dedicated software to pay by SSL. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the “padlock” located in the status bar of your browser.

Distance Selling Regulations

In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel any order you placed via the website within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, with the aim of obtaining a refund. To cancel, you can send an email to info@sheyun.be, mentioning your customer number and order number.

The information contained on our website or in any printed document by our asbl is not considered binding or as best practice. It should only be considered as additional useful advice, alongside other recognized practical guidelines. All information on our website is regularly updated.

Prices and Printing Errors

We regularly check prices and specifications. Although we do our best to ensure they are correct, we do not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without prior notice.

Questions and Complaints

Questions, complaints, and comments can be addressed to info@sheyun.be. We process your complaint within 5 working days after receipt. If we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, we will inform you of the probable delay and keep you updated on any investigation.

Security

We do everything possible to protect the security of users of our online ordering service. To do this, we use SSL (secure socket layer) technology to secure your data during all sales transactions with our web site. All the information you provide is fully encrypted to prevent third parties from accessing it. (Your browser confirms that you are working in a secure environment: a closed padlock icon or a key image appears in the status bar of your screen.)
